LED Driver quality control : according to our experience most LED grow light failed because driver burned. so we require our LED driver supplier to test all drivers for at least 24hours before delivering to us . and our QC will recheck all LED drivers before product assembly .
Enhanced Testing Process: Most manufacturer put their lights on for about 4-5hours for testing before shipping, definitely it can’t make sure good quality. we increased our testing time from 12hours to 24hours , then we will re-inspect and packing them with strong plain brown box.
