1) How to know the price of tags ? No matter what kinds of product you want, if you want to know the price quickly, please provide the following information: material, thickness, size, color. Or you can send us your original files for check. 2) Can you help me with the design? Of course, it is our advantages. Contact us for more details. If you can provide artwork or pictures ,please send us in file formats:".cdr"/".eps"/".jpg" /".ai"/".psd"/".pdf". 3) How about the size and color? Tell me your needs about the size, we could do any size that you asked. Pantone colors as well as the common 4 color (CMYK) process ,any color is available. 4) How to get the sample from factory? How about the sample fee? You can get free sample in our stock but need fast shipping cost about $15-$20. For the sample fee is according to your design, if the qty is so big and reach our target, then we can refund the sample charge to you bulk production. 5) How long will it take to get the product from the date to order? Usually production time is 4-6 days and shipping time(fast shipping) is 4-8 workdays. While by China post, shipping time is about 30-50 days. 6) Why your quotation is different from the store shows? Cause differ buyers have differ requirements to customized products, including material, size, production technology, shipping. So the price in our store is just a reference for some fixed material and size, etc. 7) How to order and make payment after confirming the design?
